\u53c3\u7167\u8b49\u5238\u53ca\u671f\u8ca8\u4e8b\u52d9\u76e3\u5bdf\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff08\u300c\u8b49\u76e3\u6703\u300d\uff09\u65bc2022\u5e7412\u670820\u65e5\u767c\u51fa\u7684\u901a\u51fd\uff0c\u5834\u5916\u8b49\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u532f\u5831\u5236\u5ea6\u65bc2023\u5e749\u670825\u65e5\u63a8\u51fa\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5834\u5916\u8b49\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u532f\u5831\u5236\u5ea6\u4e0b\uff0c\u5049\u797f\u4e9e\u592a\u8b49\u5238\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u9808\u5c31\u6709\u95dc\u5728\u806f\u4ea4\u6240\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u666e\u901a\u80a1\u53ca\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u57fa\u91d1\uff08\u5c31\u5834\u5916\u8b49\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u532f\u5831\u5236\u5ea6\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u7d71\u7a31\u70ba\u201c\u80a1\u4efd\u201d\uff09\u7684\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u5411\u8b49\u76e3\u6703\u4f5c\u51fa\u532f\u5831\uff1a<\/p>\n

(a) \u7576\u5049\u797f\u4e9e\u592a\u8b49\u5238\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e3b\u4e8b\u4eba\u6216\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\uff09\u70ba\u67d0\u9805\u53ef\u5fb5\u6536\u9999\u6e2f\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\u4e14\u6c92\u6709\u88ab\u806f\u4ea4\u6240\u8a18\u9304\u70ba\u81ea\u52d5\u5c0d\u76e4\u4ea4\u6613\u6307\u4ee4\u6216\u7121\u9808\u5411\u806f\u4ea4\u6240\u532f\u5831\u70ba\u975e\u81ea\u52d5\u5c0d\u76e4\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u9032\u884c\u80a1\u4efd\u8f49\u79fb\u6642\uff0c\u60df\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u6cc1\u9664\u5916\uff1a<\/p>\n

    (b) \u7576\u5be6\u9ad4\u80a1\u7968\u8b49\u66f8\u88ab\u5b58\u653e\u65bc\u6216\u63d0\u53d6\u81ea\u5049\u797f\u4e9e\u592a\u8b49\u5238\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e3b\u4e8b\u4eba\u6216\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\uff09\u6642\u3002<\/p>\n

    \u5c31\u6b64\uff0c\u5049\u797f\u4e9e\u592a\u8b49\u5238\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u9700\u8981\u5411\u60a8\u6536\u96c6\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u5ba2\u6236\u8b58\u5225\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u4e26\u5411\u8b49\u76e3\u6703\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e00\u5207\u4e0d\u6642\u8981\u6c42\u7d22\u53d6\u7684\u95dc\u65bc\u60a8\u7684\u5ba2\u6236\u8b58\u5225\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u82e5\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u8eab\u4efd\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u6539\u8b8a\u6216\u66f4\u65b0\uff0c\u8acb\u5373\u901a\u77e5\u6211\u53f8\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u76f8\u95dc\u8b49\u660e\u3002<\/p>\n

    Arrangements for the launch of the Over-the-counter Securities Transactions Reporting Regime<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Reference is made to\u00a0the circular issued by the Securities and Futures Commissions (\u201cSFC\u201d) dated 20 December 2022. The Over-the-counter Securities Transactions Reporting Regime (OTCR) will be launched on 25 September 2023.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Under the OTCR, Realord Asia Pacific Securities Limited is required to report to the SFC in below activities:<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    (a) when Realord Asia Pacific Securities Limited, whether as principal or agent, makes a transfer of shares in connection with a transaction not recorded by SEHK as an on-exchange order or required to be reported to SEHK as an off-exchange trade in respect of which stamp duty is chargeable in Hong Kong, except where<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. the transaction is granted stamp duty relief (whether in full or in part) from the Inland Revenue Department, or<\/li>\n
    2. the transfer of shares is made in accordance with the terms of a structured product or a derivative, or for the conversion of a depository receipt into shares or vice versa;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      (b) when there is a deposit to or withdrawal from Realord Asia Pacific Securities Limited, whether as principal or agent, of physical share certificates.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Therefore, Realord Asia Pacific Securities Limited is required to collect up-to-date client identification information (\u201cClient Identification Data\u201d or \u201cCID\u201d) from you and provide to the SFC such CID relating to you as the SFC may request from time to time.
